This final process guarantees the product is free of split or broken grains or of deviating colours.

The by-products generated in the manufacturing process are collected by means of pneumatic systems of aspiration and transport, and used for the manufacturing of fertilizers, cardboards, beds for poultry farms, etc. The bran is distilled to produce edible oil, and also alcohol can be distilled to produce the famous japanese SAKE.
