This, guarantees that no batch can create any kind of problem during its storage and processing, or that can affect the quality of the final product.

The degree of moisture is specially watched over, as well as the absence of foreign matters, absence of plagues or foreign seeds or damaged grains, other alterations, including its minimal industrial yield.
